How and when do I pay for my courses?

During the checkout process, you will be asked to enter credit card information. Once you reach the last step of the process and confirm your purchase, your credit card will be charged immediately, and access will be granted instantly.

Can I access a course without paying?

No. In order to access our course content you must purchase a course from our catalog. However, we provide detailed description pages for each course (including learning objectives and hours) to help you make the right decision before purchasing.

Cancellations & Refunds

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

You can cancel a course purchase at any time. However, to receive a refund, you must notify National Healthcare Institute via e-mail within 30 days from the time of purchase.

Condition: Refunds are only available before accessing any course material, course post-test, and/or certificate of completion. Refunds are made automatically to the credit card used for purchasing.
