Can I access a course without paying?

No. In order to access our course content you must purchase a course from our catalog. However, to ensure that you make the right decision when selecting our courses, we have created a detailed description page for each course which includes an overview of the topic, CE approval information and hours to be awarded upon successful course completion, learning objectives and price information.

How and when do I pay for my courses?

During the checkout process, you will be asked to enter credit card information. Once you reach the last step of the process and purchase your courses, your credit card will be charged.

How do I know my credit card transaction is secure?

We are committed to maintaining your confidence and trust with respect to the information we collect from you. NHI offers 24/7 real-time identity assurance through COMODO Positive SSL. Every credit card transaction is encrypted to prevent misuse.

What are my payment options?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards for students. Only affilated institutions can pay using the invoice method.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

You can cancel a course purchase at any time. However, to receive a refund, you must notify National Healthcare Institute via e-mail within 30 days from the time of purchase and before accessing any course material, course post-test and/or certificate of completion. Refunds are made automatically to the credit card used for purchasing the course.
