Eligibility for Refund
If during the first 30 days of your registration, you decide that our courses do not meet your continuing education needs, we will issue a full refund provided the following conditions are met:

No Access: You have not accessed the course material.

No Test: You have not taken the post-test.

No Certificate: A certificate of completion has not been generated.
Note for BoardVitals Courses: For courses requiring an access code, refunds will only be provided if the access code(s) have not been redeemed. Once an access code has been used, there are no refunds.
