Pharmacological Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus

This course describes the goals of pharmacotherapy for diabetes. Categories of pharmacotherapeutic agents for diabetes, with an emphasis on nursing implications are discussed. Agents to prevent and treat complications of diabetes are also covered.
